Metastasis was inspired by the supposed end of the pandemic in April 2021. At the time it was looking like things were getting better but I was skeptical.

This album is about the fear that not only the disease would metastasize but everything around it including the misinformation campaigns, grifters, and even more variants would emerge. Metastasis is about the metastasis of everything that went wrong in 2020 growing, multiplying, and taking over everything in 2021 and beyond.
